repeating icons

Does anyone know how to stop repeating the first icon on the homescreen? I can't understand why that crap keeps happening

If you are using TC to create an SVG to import into TB, then after you export your SVG file, open it up with something like Notepad++ and look for the word 'Slot' for each icon. (Each button will have 2 of these. Once toward the top of the SVG and once toward the bottom of the SVG). First Icon should be Slot0, then 2nd icon should be Slot1, the Slot2, etc. Then save and import into TB.
