Question about Home Screen Navigation with regard to T-mobile .330 theme.

Currently, I'm trying to make a custom theme which has a special feature from firmware 5.0.0.330 the t-mobile precision theme. The feature is fading the icons on the home screen when they're not highlighted.

I made a big button on the backgroud, and when the button is focus in, icons on the bottom will be fading. As for the icon navigation, I set it like banner profiles → the big button on the background → icon1 → icon2… Everything was fine until I've found one different point. When I scroll up from icon1, icons on the home screen are faded, and I can scroll up one more time for banner profiles. When I scroll down from banner profiles, icons on the home screen are faded, and I can scroll down one more time for icon1. BUT you can also do same navigation from icon2; icon2 → All Icons are faded → banner profiles & banner profiles → All Icons are faded → icon2. I have no idea how I can set my custom theme like this. Please help me to figure out how to make the feature from .330 t-mobile theme.
