Default Pme files?

Is it possible to decode the pme files? and then re-encode them? assuming these files have different instructions in them, then it would allow us to have more control over the theme. For example I'm assuming screen transitions might be found in those files. So instead of having to re-export a theme just to change its transitions we could change it within the pme file....

These are created during the compile. I deleted them completely. Manually compiled, and they came back.

So no. There aren't any different instructions in them.
