OS 5 and OS 6 themes

I' am new to developing themes so I made one theme for os 6 (I never made theme for os 5). One of the members of this forum asked me to make the same theme for os 5. So I' am asking, can I upload the svg made for os 6 to os 5 theme?
Will it work?

Yes, you can use the same SVG file if it is the same screen resolution. For instance, If I make a theme for the 9650 OS6, I can use the same SVG for the 9650 OS5.
