OS 5 icons in Theme Builder Beta

I'm by no means a theme developer, but I have a pretty good grasp of Theme Builder. I'm trying to use the old OS 5 icons in a theme, but when I put them into the theme they are distorted and pixelated. This happens on the phone as well.

Ideas? I am using the 480x360 icons.

check the sizes. They are probably different. Ex: using OS6 icons from the torch on the storm does this... the Torch icons ar 68x68 while the storm icons are 73x73. Bold are 80x80... etc
