Default Optimze SVG FPS via .svg?

Is there a way to lighten up an SVG without having to edit it on composer? Id rather not redo all the custom stuff in my .svg so was hoping there was a way to edit the .svg itself to remove excess frames or any other misc coding.

I have a 13 layer theme with animation and its pretty laggy. I think whats making it laggy is the status text above each icon in conjunction with the animation.. but want to keep both so I was hoping I could edit the .svg to remove excess frames to speed things up a lil bit?

13 layers!??? yikes.. thats heavy.

svg is just a text file... so you can edit it with a text editor... but be warned!
its MUCH harder to remove frames in the svg than in composer. But, i guarantee that taking out extra frames wont help. 13 layers is a LOT.

ok I figured out how to do it without layers... but now something is really messed up...

I place my icon and background where I want them to be in composer. Export SVG, edit SVG with code to move objects.. import into theme builder (location intact), send to simulator to test.. Objects are now in the center of the screen, but the movement works correctly... Sofa King Strange!
