Need some help, please-with theme builder

Thanks in advance for any pointers, here's the situation.
What I'm trying to create is one folder for multiple e-mail accounts to use on my home screen.
1. If I add a folder, it doesn't highlight on focus.

2. When ever I try to create a folder in application hierarchy, I get extra folders in my downloads folder. Included attachment.

If there is a way around this, or if I can create part of an svg code to make the folder I would try it. Does anybody have any tips? Please.

Your messages folder should have all the emails from multiple addresses.

Thanks for the reply, but looking for something a little more on the custom side for my accounts.

Still looking for a work around to the multiple folders when adding a new one in the app hierarchy though.
