Need some help with hidden dock icons and the size of themes, please.

If anyone could help, I have been trying to create themes and have several problems with the focus icons not showing up. It only seems to happen when I use customized icons and not with the stock ones. But everything works.
And when I save my theme files, it says the size is 2.25 MB (2,365,319 bytes)?? Now I'm not sure if the theme size is correct but it is THM File (.thm) Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And I am sorry in advance, I am so new to this, that I might not understand everything.

Once you export the theme to a zip or for OTA, the file size will be a lot smaller. The .thm file is for use only with the Theme Builder program, so it's larger. What code are you using for the hidden dock/icons?

The hidden dock svg was found in tutorials on bb theme lab, (truly hidden dock with no repeat animation). Thanks to StaticFX. Which works great, by the way. I did learn how to export the theme and realized it is smaller.
My other struggle is when I tried making hidden dock with any of the icon sets from theme lab, they seem fine until I rearrange my app list to have my faves on home screen. They don't highlight and they are misaligned. When I use stock icons, everything is perfect.
