NEED HELP : storm scrolling dock with centralized focus icon

ive looked through a few different forums.. bbthemelab and through the themes section, 9530 section, and here... but let me start with i have the scrolling fine. but a little laggy. and when i scroll left to right they wont slide back. also i cannot get my layers to correspond with my svg file.... where should i add my annimate transform code if my scrolling dock layer is named "Scrolling Dock" (there is a space between the scrolling and dock) and i have another layer called Background? ..add underscore between the "scrolling" and "dock" or something? thanks for any information your able to give and any useful threads.... its the touchscreen issue... dunno how to code it.
