I'm glad some devs got paid but we didn't.

They're probably just using another developers royalties to pay you.

I would be very hesitant about enabling any products until their is a clear resolution to their financial problems.

Well, I received a much needed surprise from mobihand today, they brought my account payments up to date and settled what they owed me. Hopefully, other devs have also started to receive their payments?

I'm hoping this is a good sign, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

I must update since I have commented in this thread. As of yesterday I received payment in full from Mobihand. Good to see them making things right with devs.

It also appears that BellShare has been paid as well as BeBuzz is back in the Mobihand store.

I got Mobihand payment yesterday - September, October and November fully paid (there is no revenue for December since I pulled my apps in November). However the amount is less than $200, so I guess Mobihand covers smaller debts first. Still I won't publish my apps again until everyone confirms that payments are OK.

Well seems I'm not that lucky. Today I realized that my mobireach account is blocked. I cannot login or reset password. As a result I cannot support customers, I cannot pull off my apps.
It appears that they simply stole my applications. Should I shut down activation service? Thousands of buyers will be cheated as they will pay and do not get app.
What should I do?! they're cheating on me and users now.

Fortunately I was one of the lucky ones and received payment on the 11th which paid me up to date from August. I didn't pull any of my products, primarily because I didn't feel it was right to take this issue out on current or potential customers, but also because I didn't want to restart the clock as far as sales go. So hopefully this is a good sign that they're getting back on top of things *fingers crossed*

Have you tried using the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page?

I had an issue a couple days ago where I would enter my login info and it would reject it over and over saying that it was incorrect, when I was certain it wasn't as the information is saved to my PC. I used that link, was sent a temporary password, and haven't had any problems since.

Same here - at least concerning the "refused" old password and making use of the "forgot pwd function"...

Unfortunately that's the only thing what we have in common concerning mobihand - still waiting for the payments :-|

I had the blocked account issue...and forgot password didn't work...

I contacted developer support and it was resolved.

Last week I decided to contact mobihand again (via the feedback formula in the backend)... asking for my outstanding payment.

and what should I say - today the full outstanding payment (since Sep 2011) have reached me (obvious without any interest).

Actually far no reply or even any kind of excuse from them.
