Missing products on Mobireach... ¿Someone with the same problem?

Hi,

Basically today I wake up and login into Mobireach account and noticed that some (a lot actually) of my products were missing. But the strange thing is that my products on Mobihand are showing all the missing versions. So, I was wondering if someone help is having the same problem or had experience sometime like this.

Ive noticed something weird today too, my slave products aren't showing up. They still work on the front end. I only noticed it a couple hours ago so I was going to wait a little bit to see if it fixed itself before emailing them.

Thanks! Now I'm not so worried, it's strange especially since Mobihand usually solve the problem quickly. Well we just have to wait ... Thanks again

We also experiencing this issue. But there is 07/30. Did someone receive assistance from Mobihand yet?

On products, mark the checkbox that says Show Slaves and click search and the slaves should appear. In my case Chrome don't let me see the slaves but in IE and Firefox works fine.

Yep, I checked the Show slave products and everything was back to normal.
