Default **fixed** mini icon hidden dock help

So I've sucessfully created a hidden dock, I've also created mini icons. When I go to create a hidden dock with mini icons it no worky the icons look right (small) but they seem to "bounce" a few millimeters instead of hiding.
Is there something special to making the hidden dock with small icons? Do I need to set a hotkey to force it to hide?

I'd appreciate any help I can send attach or email the files if need be. Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: If anyones interested:
I figured out that my problem isnt the icons or the dock, its the theme :-) I had no profile icon. Once I set the profile icon to be visible my dock started hiding.
I DO know that there is a way to use hotkeys/short cuts to hide/show the dock, I'm just not sure how to do it.

it sounds like you may have tried to create device application order icons, and shrunk them in composer...which doesn't work right.

there is a great tutorial around here somewhere that shows that you need to actually change the dimensions of the icon you load into composer....

this is all you need:
Blackberry Tutorial: Resize Theme Buttons in Composer. on Vimeo
Matt is great, very knowledgeable. and if you haven't already, you should check out Blackberry Theme Lab up and coming a lot of good info.

I did not shrink them in composer, not by editing the size anyways.
I actually selected resized icons as the theme buttons.but I did it by way of creating the theme button and then clicking on use device order and then clicking on the focus/normal icons and selecting a actual resized icon
Your saying that doesn't work?
The icons are the right size the dock isn't hiding. Your saying that its because I created the icons wrong? (I'm just asking so I understand, I'm willing to create it all again lol)

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.

i'll try to compose another .svg today to make sure the method works with hidden dock.

wanderer, thank you. I appreciate the input.
I did the icons exactly the way the tutorial suggested by buck did but the dock still would not hide. As soon as I get home I'll hand edit the file I used for the hidden dock.
Thanks again!
