making themes for 9700

hi was just wondering how everyone is making these cool themes?? i have got theme builder but that dosent seem to make the themes that u can download on here...help would b good...thanks x

Well, theme builder is like a skinning tool. The meat and bones of what goes down can be found in composed. Check out the people over at the theme labs. That's where you find out how to do many of the tricks you see. Also, if you have the money, get yourself photoshop, you'll be using it a lot.

If you're not into the "spending money" deal, get GIMP. It's an excellent tool. Think of it as photoshop minus the training wheels. Otherwise an excellent replacement.
