Looking for someone highly competent with Composer for custom SVG work

I am very interested in having someone build a custom SVG for a theme for me, which will not be for sale to the public. It will be only used by myself. I can email all necessary files that I would like to have incorporated. I will also pay via PayPal if the SVG can be done.

Change my theme to meet specific needs such as display text always on and the ability to make the icons be user customizable. It's a different type of theme though so I am not sure that it can be done.
