A little help from the gurus please?

I have a couple of questions that I hope you guys can help me with.

I'm designing my very first theme (currently using TB 6) and was wondering if it is possible to modify the following items for OS 5:

Add rounded corners to profile pictures (specifically for the incoming call screen, but would love it to be system wide).

To change the date format to 12 June 2011 (I've seen a few posts mention that this can be done via themes but have yet to find any instructions on how to achieve this).

To change the color of the roaming and Bluetooth icons - the blue clashes with my color scheme.


Also, if someone could point me in the direction of an efficient (code-wise) hidden scrolling dock I would be most grateful

Matt has a tut on bbthemelabs for a hidden dock. Not sure if he's got the code there. If not pm me and I'll send it to you.
