Default Installed Font not showing in Theme Builder

I have another issue - I think.

I installed this font tonight: CPMono, and it is in my font folder. For the fun of it, and to verify it installed correctly on my Vista notebook, I opened Word 2007, and selected it for a font and it worked great.

However, when I opon Theme Builder, that font is not there as an option. Anywhere. I have gone through the font dropdown, one-by-one, and can't find it. Anybody have any clue why?

The only thing I can think of is the name, which is "CPMono_v07 Black_0", and I know sometimes long file names can cause issues with some programs. Or I could be completely wrong.

I would appreciate any help . . .

Thanks

Thanks Static - made me think about it. It is actually an Open Type Font. I don't think I can use those with Theme Builder. Figures.

Unless someone knows how to convert a .otf to a .ttf?

Nevermind - found a really cool, very easy to use, website that will convert one type of font to another.

For those who may have the need in the future, here you go: Online Font Converter

I have already converted the otf to ttf, but now I need to get home and see if it worked.

Be sure it is saved in your windows font folder, also everytime a new font is added theme builder has to be restarted if it was open previously when the new font was downloaded.

Actually, the issue was the font type. Once I converted it to a TTF file, vs the OTF that it was, everything worked fine.

Thanks all the same . . .
