Default I can't find some options of Media's menu list after creating a new theme!

Hello everyone,

today I make my first 9700 custom theme by Theme Builder v5.0 and Composer. Everything was fine until I entered Media folder and Downloads folder. I can't find "Explore" and "Memory Use" option from the menu list of Media folder, and there are another Music, Pictures, Video applications which have user device application icon, Visual Voice Call, Setup Bluetooth, downloaded applications, etc in Downloads folder. I saw these two issues many times from using some custom themes, but there are also custom themes which don't have these issues.

How can I make a theme which have "Explore" and "Memory Use" option on the Media folder's menu list, and which don't have another Music, Pictures, Video applications which have user device application icon in Downloads folder?? Please help me! I would appreciate about your help!

That happens when you mess with the application hierarchic. (move or add icons in the app screen) Reset to default and it should fix it.

As far as I remember, I didn't touch the application hierarchy area. I did reset to default the application hierarchy, but nothing is changed. Are there any other solutions??
