How and where do I sell themes? (plz reply)

I will like to start making and selling themes to test out my graphic designing abilities. Can someone tell me what program to use to make themes and where is the best place to sell them. Thanks if you reply and I am sorry if this question has been posted before but I don't have time to search for the answer.

Theme Builder is what you use, and there are many tutorials floating around the internet.

its not a smart _ _ _ reply. its a simple statement. Search for the answers... there are TONS of tutorials on how to make/do stuff.. create a few themes and give them away free and see how people respond. then go from there.
