It isn't as easy as Blackberry is since RIM released an app to do it. Android is like writing a theme in Composer - annoying.
iOS can also be themed, however, you need to have the phone/pod/pad in your hand to do it. You can not make it and them give a link to someone over the net like you can with BB.
