| | How to make lock screen wallpaper editable by user
Subject pretty much says it all.
I found this topic: Lock screen wallpaper
and understand that it's not possible to make the wallpaper on the lock screen the same as on the homescreen, from a user standpoint.
But, that topic is nearly a year old. Is there no way to do this with 5.0?

One thing to note is that this will not be the case for 95xx series. Each screen's wp must be set individually in those phones.

simple answer is to set a password (why dont ya have one anyways) then you get the lock symbol back, and if someone pics up your phone they wont see `phone locked press to unlock` with whatever email/bbm or whatever behind it, such a flaw in security that is.
set a password and lock properly and nobody will see anything other than the wp (or whatevers on ya lockscreen info)

removing the lock function was a stupid idea!
what are people supose to do who have taken their phones apart to change peices and then accidently broken the lock button (9000)
i set a password now and it brings up lock screen so setting or leaving the lock screen wallpaper as default is simple way to allow wallpaper to show through!
