How to incorporate "swiping" in an SVG for TB6?

So I've been playing with themebuilder 6 since the day it dropped, and I have a question. If you build a theme in Blackberry 6 Layout, your options to edit the home screen are limited. So my question is how do I incorporate the swiping actions in the Blackberry 6 layout into the svg's that I import into the custom layout. For instance, I've edited the Jscroll SVG to allow me to scroll through them, but you have to touch each icon and it moves it's designated pixel amount, but I'd like to drag the entire row of icons as far as I'd like, similar to the way you can drag the tray up on the Blackberry 6 layout themes. I'm still a little green to themes, but I am comfortable enough to edit svg's, so any information would be greatly appreciated.
