How to fix jumpy icons... plz help!?

I've been trying my hand at BlackBerry OS6 themes for a couple weeks now and have been trying to use animated docks rather than hot keys to avoid any interference with the Universal Search while still allowing the dock to hide.

The problem is, no matter what I adjust the focus in/out duration to, the icons have a slight jumpiness to them when scrolling. I can get it so it is at least tolerable, however, I am wondering if there is a way to avoid the problem all together?

there is a limit to how many objects you can have in the dock before the jumpiness appears... less is better. UNLESS you hand code your svg file... then you can increase the amount of stuff tenfold since there is WAY less code for the phone to deal with.

I've found that it doesn't matter how many objects there are, because I've done it with 5-15 icons and get the same result. All I can do is tweak the duration for the focus in/out until it gets tolerable, but it never goes completely away

As for hand coding the svg... LOL! I am so clueless about code that I don't ever foresee that happening Which may very well be my problem. The code I do use I snagged from a friends hidden banner code (because I couldn't figure out anything else in it lol) when I saw that it could move objects up and down and/or left and right. I just kept playing with it until I got it to do something I wanted and that's what I've been doing every since. Pretty much just tweak it until it works, breaks or is FUBAR
