Great Job and you did one of the best things ever made by anyone else and shared.

This would help many people to make their own themes and those would be good enough now.

If i want to support OS 5 devices and i already built an OS 6 theme (9700), where do i point the svgc.exe and tbbundle.exe in my build file? I can't seem to find a folder for OS 5, I'm running the latest version of TB - 6.0.0.55.

Does this mean i need to download an older version of TB to obtain the os5 tbbundle.exe builder and svgc.exe, folders, etc.?

Thanks in adv.

The latest themebuilder can compile OS5 themes. You will not need a new svgc.exe. To confirm, I have successfully compiled OS5 themes for the 85xx and 8900 using this method.

Good Luck

Hi thanks for the info but when i use TB to compile the theme it's about 20 cod files, when i compile the same theme using the build.bat it jumps to 120 cod files..

Anyone else experience this? Also, does changing the target OS in the build.bat file do anything? i've tried 6.0.0 and 5.0.0 but i don't see anything happening.

not sure what to do, i've tried importing an os6 theme onto an os5 device in TB then exporting and i've also tried recreating the os6 theme from scratch for an os5 device but nothing seems to work.

I've tried to produce an os7 theme using this method but unless we can decode the theme.xml I don't think we will be able to circumvent the system and compile os7 themes.

I love being able to compile themes by hand however I haven't came across some settings which only theme builder can achieve. Example, is there a way to change the progress bar colour, etc outside of theme builder?
