Default change the theme preview in theme list.

theme preview image can be replaced with other image. a funny thing.

Normally TB will just take a snapshot of the homescreen to use as your thumbnail for your theme. To change it you need to manually compile your theme using the export/permissions trick, and then compile with a batch file. You would then replace the thumbnail.png file with one that you want. Make sure you have the same image dimensions.

Check out the How to compile by hand thread for instructions on how to do it.

thanks,but i don't catch what you said, it is a little difficult for me, can you explain it further? thanks, what software be needed? tell me and how to do? i have searched the thread you told me,but no result.
