Hover over name on buttons

I have made a dock I like but once I export it onto the phone I've noticed when hovering over the button the name of the application doesn't come up like it does on the default theme, this must just be a setting somewhere but for the life of me i cant find it. Please could someone enlighten me.

in theme builder , check the box for status text, them position it where you want it.
