Which icons are you wanting to add? The tutorial that comes with Theme Builder states how to add icons. If you give a little more information as to what you are wanting it would be easier to help you.

Did you look at the directions in the tutorial that comes with Theme Builder? If you follow those instructions you should be able to add them.

You can resize the icons using a photo editing software such as Photoshop or GIMP. GIMP is free. You would then need to use composer to add the resized icon and add the svg to the theme. There are several thread that tell you how to do this if you search for them.
