HELP - SVG - Vertical Sliding dock with 2 banners that repeat

Alright, maybe some one could help me out? I am working on this theme, and I have a vertical sliding dock. Everything works just fine, there is just something that I am not sure it can be fixed with a little coding, or is that just as good as it gets.

I have 6 icons on the first screen and then another 6 icons on the second screen again on vertical sliding dock for a total of 12 total icons. I also have both a top and a bottom banner. When I reach the 7 icon going down on the navigation, one of the banners from the first screen slides all the way up across the whole screen. I understand, I have to place both banners if I want them to appear for icons 7 - 12, but I would like either one of the banners to slide all the way up when selecting icon number 7. How do I avoid having the banner slide all the way up when reaching icons 7 - 12? Should I change the opacity of the top banner for the four stages when the 7th icon is selected? if so, how do I do this? Are there any other suggestions?

I already searched the forum with the key words "vertical sliding dock" as well consulted every "sliding dock" thread, but I couldn't find a solution

I figured it out, it was actually pretty easy: just adding a second layer for both banners, thanks for the replies, oh snap! :-)
