Help please

Hi,

I am creating a theme on the custom 6 mode, i have created an svg with a custom button. What i want this button to do is, open the window that has manage connections, alarm etc embedded like on the blackberry 6 theme when you select the time and a drop down menu appears with the manage connections, alarm etc.

Can someone explain how i could do this?
