Your best bet if you want to make your own is to open up one of the battery or signal meters that comes with TB in your choice of photo editing programs so you can take a look and see the sizes it uses. For example, the bold 9700 will use a bat meter in the banner which is 468x38 pixels. Theres 12 battery icons across, and two rows high which display the various levels, and each of them is 39x19 pixels. The top row is regular levels and the bottom is charging icons. The phone will only display the small portion of the entire image which represents its current charge state. So knowing the dimensions, and seeing how it works, you can then alter, or create from scratch a battery meter which fits your theme. The signal meters work the same way.
