 help making mini icons
 I would like to know how to make mini icons for a theme that I've been working on. I have some sets of icons already but I just don't know what I need to do to make them mini. Please help! 
P.S. If anyone answers can you give me step by step instructions or direct me in the right way please I have photoshop and gimp.
