[HELP] - Disappearing/reappearing icons

I'm trying to port my cool Vertical theme from OS5 to OS6, but am now having some serious issues with the theme.

Issues:
The icon/name for one of my programs, PocketInformant (a cool calendar program) does not show up on the home screen (image 2)

The icons, mainly the bottom three, get "hidden" when scrolled over them and even stay hidden even after scrolling past them. (see images 3 and 4)

If I go into a program and then back to the home screen, all the icons show up (except pocketinformant) as in the first image.

Regarding the PocketInformant program, I have set the third party app module name to what it is on the phone, so I'm not sure why it is not showing up.

Any suggestions / fixes as to why the last three icons get hidden when scrolled over and stay hidden?
