Getting Started

Hi everyone I'm new here to the forums. I have been developing themes for the past couple of months and have gained some decent knowledge on how things work. I feel that I am ready to start publishing, but have been having trouble getting started. I have found plenty of threads supposedly covering this topic but they were very uninformative and only covered some basic things. So here are some questions I was hoping you guys would be able to answer.

1. The vendor applications ask for a "legal name of your company" or "your own full legal name". I am not willing to provide my full name to consumers for privacy reasons therefore the only other choice is to create a company name, do I make up a random name not yet in use or do I actually have to acquire a "DBA" to legalize my name.
2. Which is better to publish themes to? BB appworld or Mobihand?
3. How long do I have to wait to be approved as a vendor by either BB app world or mobihand?

Any other helpful information will be greatly appreciated.

App World - In The City for BlackBerry
App World - Grape Theme
App World - Crystal Shape

because appwworld didn't allow to download to vietnam
i used simulator 5.0 but this version didn't have file 9000
i've used 9700.bat but when i download these theme i can't use for my bold 9000
help me plz
