Full Screen Banner Check Box?

So after a bit of a break from theme builder, I've seemed to misplace the toggle full screen banner check box. I know it used to be there, but no I'm having a of a time finding it. Could someone possibly help me out?

That option won't show up if you're creating a BlackBerry6 theme. Here's a screenshot of it when creating a custom6 theme:
