Freeware Batch Image Editor?

Anyone know of a good freeware batch image editor that also will allow me to recolor images?

If you use the freeware Gimp, There is a batch editor for the it, Don't have the link but do a search for dbp for gimp.

I use FastStone all the time.

Best I've found is phatch. But I think it requires python install, etc. Either way, it is very good.
