Default Flashing battery icon

Hi. I just upgraded to OS 6.0.0.526.
Taking ideas from Lucky45 I made myself a stock blackberry layout theme with OS6.1 iconset and a slightly thinner bar. The theme works awesome but for some reason the lightning bolt on the battery stopped flashing. The bolt doesn't even show on the battery. So I wont know if at any time my phone doesn't charge.
Strangely it comes back the moment I change to the default theme. So clearly there is something in the theme. Is it a known issue?? Am I missing something I should be doing in the builder??
Pros please advice!!

Did you replace the battery meter with a custom one? Try right clicking the text to the left of where you set the battery meter graphics and choose 'Reset to default'.

I have also just made a custom theme base off the default OS6 UI with the 6.1 icons and re-positioned icons (signal, BIS logo etc) on the top banner, But now the lightning bolt don't flash so have no idea if the phones charging

Does anyone know how to get the lighting bolt to flash while charging?

Thanks in advance

It a Common Theme Builder Bug i think, It's not going to be fixed even you do the Theme again and didn't touch the Banner.

I had this Problem too

Damn it, How do the theme builders who sell there themes on like mobihand etc get around the lightning bolt not being there? as am sure people who buy the themes most notice this.

They probably handcode the svg file (The whole theme) so they dont got that problem!

ive never seen the lightning bolt flash... it has nothing to do with the SVG. the battery indicator is an image. you draw the lightning bolt in for the charging section.

For those who remember the old days - the stock RIM theme for 4.x used to have a handy image file for new messages - the asterisk would fly out and fade when a new msg came in.

I could never replicate it in a new theme.

And I'm dealing with the same sort of limitations in this theme builder. Oh well.... just dealing with whatever I get.
