Extracting screenshot from theme?

Hi,
i create a theme for 9800 torch and i want to post it, but i don't now how i can extract image from this theme.

There is a way to do this?

Are you using RIM's Theme Builder 6.0?
Open the theme in the 9800 simulator and go to Edit>Save Device Snapshot... (F2) or Save LCD Snapshot... (F3).
