error resource file is bigger tha 60kb

Hi guys I'm creating a theme for the storm 2 and every time i try to load it onto my device after it loads, an error message pops up saying

"error cannot load lockscreen
error cannot load landscape locksreen
resource file is bigger than 60kb"

I don't think that's exactly what it says word for word but its pretty close to something along those lines

I've tried resizing the lockscreen's wallpaper to the dimensions of the storm 2 640x480 yet to no avail the message still pops ups, so i was wondering if someone could help me out.

Wallpaper size for the 95xx is 360*480
