Error Exporting on TB 6

I have the Bold 9650 and recently made a really awesome theme...Then I went to export it and got this
Errors:
Homescreen Banner: The following objects are outside the allowed boundaries:
Date

Since it's the 9650 I can't touch portrait or landscape options. I also can't move anything around in the banner manually. I changed the font back to the default, redid the entire theme, closed and reopened TB...nothing works. PLEASE HELP!

click on the banner section.. then select the homescreen button.
now make the boundry boxes show so you can see where each items edges are. look for the one that is off the screen.
