Default Displaying application name while using SVG...didn't think this was possible.

So, a while back, I remember reading that you couldn't display the application name under the icon if you where using Composer (SVG files). Looks like this developer has it figured out (at least for the Storm version). How did they do it? Is this something new with a new version of Composer or has it always been capable while theme developing for the Storm?
