Question deconstruct a theme

If there is a theme that i like, but i just want to change a little something about it (icons or application screen background). Is there a way to download the file and then deconstruct it to be used with plazmic? I'm new to theme development so i dont really know what i'm doing with plazmic yet.

Thanks

There is absolutly no way to decompile cod files, like he posted you need the original thm (Theme Builder File) to edit it.
