I'm trying to make a BlackBerry6 theme for 9700 using the latest Theme Builder. Yet when I select an SVG it gives me this error. Can you not use SVG with the default theme BlackBerry6?

you can to only a certain extent... you can trigger events according to time etc but cannot alter any graphics, layouts, etc...

I was trying to add only keyboard shortcuts but they wouldn't work.

Is there any way to get them to work on the "BlackBerry6" theme?

Don't know if this would work because I haven't done a stock os6 based theme(hate those panels) but try manually editing the homescreen.svg and then manually compilling the theme. There are posts within this forum with instructions on accessing the temp folder(where homescreen.svg would reside) and instructions to manually compile a theme.
