Composer wont export???

I was working with a .cp file and made many changes and many exports, it was more of a working test file than something I was going to use. I went to export it and, it said it did but then I go to find it and it is gone, not only did it not make the changes but it erased the file. So I thought s***, oh well, i'll make another. An hour later I go to export and same thing happens. So I restart and try again, no go. I load the .cp to my laptop, no go.

I really don't understand whats going on here, anybody have an idea?

alright, figured it out. I made a transparent box, rasterized it, then converted it to a button - this doesnt work. when rasterizing, it needs some pixels to work or it wont export. fyi to everybody
