Default Changing Application List Screen

Hello,

is it somehow possible to eleminate the text on the top of the application list screen? The text is displayed if a app/item is selected. I dont want this text.

In general, can I change the application list screen; e.g. the order of the apps/items, number of items in a row (TB or file)?!

Regards

in theme builder just select the text size as 1 and it will be really small, but there is no way to remove it

Thumbs up

this is interesting. Changing the font size of the application list screen to 1 will move all the app icons a little bit higher to the middle of the application list screen. The changed text itself is nearly invisible (using also textcolor black).
This is exactly what I wanted to archive ;-)

U could actually just remove it from the application screen svg.
You will need to change the temp folder settings to deny deletion of files and folders and then copy the contents of that directory to another folder and edit the app-screen.svg (or something similar, can't remember what the file name is specifically)
Once u have edited that svg u can manually compile your theme. There are directions to set ur temp dir permissions and how to compile themes by hand within this forum. If you are serious about theme building this is the way to go as it gives you much more control over certain aspects of the theme

I already checked out building and compiling themes manually. I've got the following *.svg files from the temp folder:

- application-menu.svg
- banner.svg
- homescreen.svg
- lockscreen.svg

There is no app screen svg?

no its not application-menu.svg that seems to be the banner items within the app screen....I thought it might have had a reference to the text in here as I remembered it having the app-screen-background file reference here...looks like changing the font was/is the best way around this...
