Default Change theme name from source files...

I read in the tutorial page for compiling themes by hand that it is possible to change the outputted theme name from the source files. It was suggested just to re-export from themebuilder and rename it that way but I am curious to how you can do it without re-exporting...

Any ideas? Has anyone been able to do it?

Try just changing the names in the build.properties

It is. You can only change the cod names from the build.properties file.

If you want to have the name of the theme different, you are required to transfer a NEW theme.xml with the said name of your theme. The crappy part is, you have to do all the menus as well because those settings are in that file

Which menus? I just re-exported, grabbed the properties, xml and mf file and moved to the other source that was already to go. edited the properties file like normal and recompiled. done deal theme works fine and only had to edit the properties file for the source.
