cant install BB studio - why?

i am running vista ultimate currently.

I downloaded the new BB Theme Studio, version 5. It seems to have downloaded fine but when I try to open it to install, it says PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER LOCATION TO EXTRACT THE INSTALLER TO:

I don’t know what this means or how to fix it- does anyone know??

Seems pretty straight forward. Select a temp folder to unpack the files into. The installer will then be executed from the temp folder.

I am trying to install Theme Studio 5.0 SP1. The wizard runs and stalls out about 3/4 of the way through the installation process. I have to use Task Manager to close the program. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit. Any suggestions?

Do I need to install Theme Studio 6.0 if I have DM 6.0 installed?
