Can you import shortcut keys to TB6

My question is this. I love having my shortcut keys for sms and facebook, etc. Is there a way to import the .svg file to TB6, or are the composer and Theme Builder two different monsters in this case?

for the most part.. the svg should work fine in TB6 as long as its for the same screen size device

Whenever I try to import the composer file, it craches TB6. I don't know if I am doing something wrong. Also I guess I should also mention that this is for the default OS6 theme with Panes. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Hotkeys won't work in the new OS6 UI themes. Even if you create a new SVG from scratch, they won't function on the device.

Thank you. Although I ddnt want to see this answer, I was pretty certain it was the answer. I hope this gets addressed in the official.

Me too. I'd like to add a lot of things I do in custom6 themes to a BlackBerry 6 theme, but for whatever reason the homescreen seems off-limits (for now).

I get many of the hotkeys to work on TB6. The only ones I have problems with are $, ! and #. Other than that, I get C - Calculator, M - Messages, etc to work just fine.

M should work. It's default for messages anyways. But I think you don't understand what we are talking about. We are talking about the default OS6 theme, the one with the panes. Not the Zen appearance one.

I cannot get hotkeys to work using the .svg file import at all. I see wu-wei got GoogleMaps and FaceBook to work in his OS6 Leebo theme. How did you do it? I am breaking things at my house trying to figure it out!!!

My themes are all built as custom6 themes, not BlackBerry6 themes...so the SVG import should work.

Same process as with Theme Studio 5... assign hotkeys in Composer, make sure you're pointing it at the correct module name, import SVG in Theme Builder.

I've seen some folks running into problems where the SVG file selection won't work unless it's the very last thing you do before you export the theme from TB. Personally I haven't had that issue at all - once I choose the SVG the selection sticks.

When/ where should I try to import? I am just clicking >file >import and it doesn't even show the .svg files as an option till I click "all files" and then it shows them, but says they cannot be loaded.

All I want is that leebo theme with hotkeys customized to my apps... I'm sure its me, but I got to get this. I'm kinda stuck on it till I get it!

But I know the satisfaction of getting things exactly the way you want them...that's how I got started tweaking themes in the first place.
