can i request theme like this? but with 8 small icon in the bottom and shorter bottom banner with no (All, Recent, Favorite text in the top of icon)

I'm a bit confused as to what you're wanting... Do you just want the standard dock that doesn't move with 8 mini icons or one similar to that in the screenshot that scrolls left/right & up/down
