is it possible to code the svg so that upon pressing a key to unveil a dock, it also focuses in on a button in that dock?

I ask this because I have a theme with two hidden docks, as well as a few stationary buttons. When on a stationary button, I can press a key to bring up one of the hidden docks, but will remain focused on the stationary button, thus still needing to scroll to one of the buttons on the dock.
