Blackberry Messenger + Calendar help?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I'm a bit new here. D:

So anyways, this is my first time trying to create a theme (for anything actually) and it's on the Torch 9800. It seems to me that there is a few glitches.

The BlackBerry Messenger icon appears smaller than the rest of the icons even though it is of the same size, it also appears fine on the Theme Builder, is there a fix to this? I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I'd hate to have uneven icons. :/

I've also applied a custom icon for the calendar, it appears on the theme builder but on the phone, it's just the default OS6 icon, is there a way to fix this too?
