Default All/Favorites/Media/Frequent bar transparency
I can't figure out how to change the trasparency of that top bar, I can change the trasparency of the tray itself and it looks funny with a dark top bar.

No, not the banner. The bar that says all/favorites/media etc. Can't change how dark it is.
